Paid in full for 2 couches at half the price larger stores were asking for the same type of which I thought I was getting an amazing deal! However, I’m now on week 10 since placing my order and they still have yet to be loaded onto the truck. Highly disappointed. Cooks won’t even give a discount on a future purchase or refund a small amount for it taking double the time...
