So I never write reviews and I’ve never been to this place before but I was so excited to try! Terrible customer service. Strangest interaction literally ever. My friend and I walk in and there’s 2 young lady’s sitting at the counter/bar. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with silence and dirty looks. One girl stands up and walks behind the bar and just stands glaring at us as we try to navigate the shop. I asked if she worked here and the two girls just gave each other a look and said nothing as she watched us try to find the menu. Very rude. Super awkward. Literally no character at all. I tried to make light of the situation and laugh a bit thinking maybe they’re just nervous awkward teens. That’s ok. But no. They literally just stared at us as we looked at the menu. Delicious frozen yogurt and friendly staff! Having never been there before, we went in when they were about to close.
