You need to be very diligent with this company in communications. We had our cabinets built through them, and the cabinets are nice cabinets, but the installers were not good and communication is poor with everyone. The installers were very rough in handling the cabinets resulting in a lot of dents and dings on the wood, and they don't care about being precise in level. We have one upper cabinet that they missed the studs so we cannot put anything heavy in that cabinet. The business rarely answers the phone when you call and their voicemail simply states that they have not set up a voicemail yet so you can't even leave a message to get a call back. They are horrible about responding to emails so that doesn't work either. The only thing that i have found that they are very prompt on is getting your check cleared through the bank, every payment we've given them clears my bank that same day; I think they run to the bank as soon as they get the check.
