I have worked with Tri-State Stone on several different homes I have upgraded and they have always been great to work with. I read some of their initial reviews from a few years ago on another review site and was hesitant to call them. I am so glad I did call! They have always returned my calls and emails within a few days. That tells me they are busy and in high demand because they are outstanding at what they do. Their granite selection and installation process have been perfect for what I've needed. I had one little issue with a back splash on the last house I did with them and they took care of it the same day I told them about it. I hired Tri State to install Quartz counter tops. They completed the job and everything looks good, BUT they didn't reinstall one of my faucets properly and it had a slow leak. We just spotted it and mold is growing, and the under sink shelf is rotted. Mistakes happen but I have tried to contact them for 4 days and they are choosing not to return my calls. I hired them, trying to keep money locally, and not hiring a company from Phoenix. Once again I am disappointed with my decision to do that. A company that forgets you after they have your money is not what you want installing new counter tops or anything else. I should have gone with Lowes as I started too.
