So I have four children, 6 and under. We have been going here for id say roughly 2 years. Every single time my kids get sick, they say its strep which I would ask are you sure that it’s strep, because they are showing signs that normally strep doesn’t come with, we end up at the ER after every sick visit and find out that they have something else like for example Rsv. Well this is just the icing on the cake yesterday June 18th, let me start off by saying older brother (6 years old) was at the hospital ER at 2am (night before) he came back postive for rhinovirus, and micro-plasma.. so my kids grandma took the other 3 to the doctor(because they didn’t feel good either) that morning (Somerville family medicine) they said that my kids tested postive for strep.. and didn’t even send off a full panel knowing older brother has the other stuff and the kids are sick.. well of course I KNEW for a fact that it was not strep, so when grandma brought them home I took them to Dr Grace Williams in Harstelle and they said they tested negative for strep and they do not have it. They sent off a full panel and called me this evening all 3 of my kids have Rhinovirus, and one of them also has adenovirus. But came back negative for strep. So my point is this entire time I feel like they just come up with whatever diagnosis to get you out of there, and don’t even listen to the symptoms I’m very disappointed . I do not recommend anybody with children to take their kids here. They also don’t even go over the growth chart with you unless you ask, and my son come to find out is VERY far behind on his shot and they haven’t even told me! I found out...

This place use to be good but has become completely incompetent in medical care. They did blood work on my husband a month ago, said his cholesterol was too high and his hemoglobin and hematocrit were too high as well. So gave him cholesterol medicine and told him to drink more water to thin his blood and come back and get more blood work done in 30 days to check his levels. So he started cholesterol medicine and did as they said. Went back in 30 days and they did more blood work. So then the medical assistant calls and says his hemoglobin and hematocrit is too low and they have called him in iron pills to start. I questioned why iron would be too high and then be too low 30 days later and she didn't know and nurse practitioner was not there to answer questions. I told her those results did not make any sense and we were not starting iron medicine till we find out what's going on with his iron. She just said "okay that's fine, whatever" in a tone that she didn't give a flip. Also when I got copies of the results of his second labs, they didn't even recheck his cholesterol levels, which they were suppose to do. The medical assistant I spoke with didn't even know how to pronounce the medical term "hematocrit". This place is unbelievable. Rushing patients' through and can't even find the time to answer the phone and never being able to speak to the doctor or nurse practitioner about your results. They don't even have time to answer questions or listen to your health concerns. I am currently in the process of getting my husband an appointment with an actual doctor who can care for him properly. This place is a sad excuse for...

I have been a patient of Michele Graziosi for a little over a year in a half. The time she takes to listen and treat your symptoms is undeniable the best experience I have ever had in my entire life. It is the first time I've ever have accurate blood work done and has gotten my levels correct finally!! When I'm sick Michele Graziosi and her nurses don't cut corners to make sure what is being treated is accurate. I'm truly blessed to have such an amazing doctor to care for me and my family!!
