El Maya Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Somerville

$10.99 Taco Tuesday plate (10 tacos, your choice hard/soft and chicken/ground beef).. there's really not much else to say. :)

But for real though, the food is wonderfully Mexican and delicious. The prices (besides taco Tuesday) are slightly higher than most Mexican eateries, but I believe that is probably because of it being located far out from a central bigger city and it's understandable.

Their menu is loaded with everything you can think of and the service is fast (we walked in and ordered to go during dinner rush and were served in like 5 minutes) and everyone was friendly and smiles.

edit Also, wanted to add as a footnote: this location is actually notorious around here for new restaurants opening, being in business for a month or little longer, and then them closing. I think it's just the location and most of the places here have served decent food, but nothing spectacular. So as a rule, I usually do not eat at the ones that open here. It is Taco Tuesday for .99 so we stopped to check it out. We ordered the chicken and beef soft tacos. I was surprised when it was made with a flour tortilla ( looked like it was straight from the pkg.) instead of a corn tortilla. Always a great experience at this restaurant. I love that our little town now has a Mexican restaurant to change it up a bit around here. Workers and owners are super nice and always fix any issue we have with our order. My family will be eating here for a long time to come.
