We went there yesterday for our annual Baptism Sunday. I am giving the spot 5 stars but I would give other lake visitors 1 star! We saw people bring dogs, tie them to a tree and not give them any water to drink. People blasted their music so loud right next to us, most of us couldn't hear the Pastor talk when he was talking about "Baptism" and it's meaning. (Yes, I do know) We just experienced a lot of inconsiderate there. We'll probably go back there for only 1 reason. The water was Warm! We usually go to Turlock lake but the water there is FREEZING COLD! Most of us left immediately after the baptisms but a few stayed so their kids could enjoy some time in the water.

Super nice place we went to here on the 6th of July for fireworks. We spent all day at the Lagoon and watch the fireworks from the Lagoon. It was a distance but the fireworks did Peak all the way over the trees so we really did not miss a thing. The water is very warm and they have some expensive food and the water and the sand below the water was not disgusting. Played several hours in the lagoon that day

Lots of Picnic tables with shade trees.. Grills, with safe ash disposals avalaible. Also bathrooms, n snack shack.. Camping is available, besides just a day trip for family n friends.. Will add photos from our next planned trip.. Had too much fun with kids to...
