Complete incompetent. I had them replace 3 complete a/c and heating systems about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Unfortunately I was up north when the work was done Last winter the heat wasn't working-thet forgot to turn the gas back on. How did they confirm the system worked if the gas was off? Then, this summer, I went to change the filters. They NEVER put in the filter frames. My system ran for months without filters. How do you install 3 systems and forget filters? They can yo put in frames and wanted to use frames half the size if the duct- I know enough you don't restrict air flow like that as it compromises the system and reduces air flow out. Inept. UDPATE JULY 2024- FOUND MORE ISSUES WITH THE LACK OF PREOFESSOINAL INSTALLATION- uninsulated ducts, causing them to fail, and allowing for parts to be exposed to warm moist air that then became moldy and had to be replaced. My experience with Complete Comfort Services has been terrible and I would strongly advise against using them. This company installed a new HVAC system for our home six months ago. We have needed service on the system SEVEN times since the install due to the unit not running. We also paid additional for an extended labor warranty which we never received from the company. The company provided false documents to make us believe the warranty was taken care of. This company has also not completed the necessary inspection to close the permit from the work done. This guy is a crook. I hired him to install a generator. I gave him a check for 50%. (over $6000). He tried to do the job without a permit, when he found out that he needed a permit, he called me and said he couldn't do the job. Now he refuses to refund my money. This has been going on since February. Now I have to take him to small claims court. Do not do business with Steve McNutt....
