do not walk RUN away from this business !!!!!!! Total scam and rip off. I booked for my sons birthday this past weekend and they cancelled on me DURING my sons party claiming the game bus had electrical issues. The first red flag should've been that they operate under many different names for one business. second was upon initial deposit which i sent immediately via zelle (100.00) I was told that balance was due day of party then received an email from another person under another business saying my balance was past due and needed to be paid immediately which I also did via cash app (266.00) then got a responses already asking to ensure I provide a tip the day of my event (what a joke!!).. They got all of their money with no hesitation and I got NOTHING. The "owner" was super responsive via phone during the booking process after he got paid in full not one single phone call he would answer only random texts. The day of the vent he suggested I find a bouncy house and he would pay for it . My son has no interest in those and more importantly i have a huge lake behind my home and this would be a tremendous safety hazard for children. He sent a half of screenshot on May 1st saying he sent that money back to me via Zelle which is instantaneous and 3 days later I have received nothing. I also contacted my bank and there is nothing pending. I ended up paying 174 dollars more (including tip) for a game bus to replace this unprofessional unreliable arrogantly owned game truck at the last minute. I informed the owner of this and he replied "fantastic you got a game truck" I repeated asked for my money he kept referring to the screenshot I also inquired about the additional expense I had to incur for him failing to provide a service. and nothing … he stopped responding even though he claimed he would pay for a whole "bouncy house". I sent him a screenshot from my Zelle app showing nothing received or pending and nothing... he replies he's done apologizing and "these things happen" Three days later still no refund. and the owner will not answer my calls or respond.

So in response to this scam artist of a business owner below i have added screenshots of our FULL conversation. lets state facts here.. the game coach Kyle text me at 4:15pm clearly shown in my picture my party was from 4-8. you were booked from 6-8. You stated you immediately refunded me when i text you repeatedly because you refused to answer my calls from the beginning texting me that you were on a plane. and included screenshots from ZELLE that i received NO REFUND which I still havent by the way and its now MAY 4TH!!!!!!! I so called abused your game coach a complete lie but you were still offering a free game truck 2 days later!!!!! you also offered to pay for a bouncy house and I expected you to reimburse me because that's what YOU offered as shown in my images i added for proof. Yes i got a professional game truck that showed up to provide amazing service you clearly couldn't two hours later. they charged extra for the last minute booking as expected which i would've never had to incur these expenses if you were reliable. You also need to read through your reviews on here and your Facebook page before you claim this never happened as well because you have also ruined other childrens birthdays due to failure of your truck. Nice Try you picked the right one.. I have filed formal complaints against you with several regulatory agencies you are a liar and a crook and I will make sure you never take advantage of any other families. In regards to your saying about honey,vinegar, etc...a simple conversation with you as a business owner could have resolved this you had no problem talking to me when you took my money. Millions of lives lost over this last year so yes i take my son being able to celebrate another birthday very serious while it meant nothing to you it was everything to me and my family. I want my hard earned money back!!!

AWFUL BUSINESS!!! From gaming truck all the way to ownership. I rented this truck as a surprise for my sons birthday and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. They showed up here and the game was not even set up Fortnite was not even downloaded in the system. When they finally downloaded it it never worked. I was trying to keep the party spirit on, and convinced the boys to play other games.They did not have any updated games. They ask for 2K19, they asked for Madden 19, they ask for a Call of Duty, they did not have any of these games, they offered 2K12 and Madden 2012 and Mario Kart, REALLY? Wish I could give this business 10 stars! I have used this same video game trailer for the past THREE years for my sons birthday parties. I recently booked ANOTHER party for my son who invited boys and girls, who all loved it! The girls were dancing outside to the video games that were provided on the exterior of the gaming trailer while boys AND girls were inside playing Fortnite, call of duty, Mortal Kombat, etc. The Wi-Fi went off without a hitch and the gaming trailer it was extremely CLEAN!! FUN FUN FUN! I highly recommend this video game trailer. While speaking with the owner to ensure he had all of the games my son and his friends requested, he was very accommodating, professional, and made sure that all of our needs were met prior to the party date.
