Wayfair — Local services in South Elgin

Be sure to do a thorough price comparison before any purchase from this unscrupulous company. I purchased a sauna from them which was on sale for $5000 only to find out I could buy the same thing from Cco for $1400 less. I contacted customer service to inquire about a price adjustment and was told they don't do that. I inquired about returning the unit but since I had already removed it from the shipping container, that wasn't an option either. I take responsibility for not performing a price comparison ahead of time, but a 40% and $1500 difference between Wayfair's sale price and Cco's regular price certainly feels like price gouging to me. I have learned my lesson and will never purchase from this company again. I hope I can save at least one person the aggravation and financial loss I have...

The rules at this distribution center are pretty simple. Be respectful. Park where the guard tells you to park. Talk to the shipping and receiving clerk. And they will tell you where your assigned trailer is. Unfortunately it's true you only have 2 hours to pick your stuff up and then leave you're not allowed to take a break in the lot.
