We recently sent our dog through Buck's Dog Training and could not be more pleased and/or impressed by the results. Our dog was having issues co-existing with our 3 year old daughter since my daughter's birth. We recently had an incident, although accidental, to where we did surrender our dog, but immediately (only a day) went back and brought her home after initially speaking with Ed regarding training. I was looking for any possible way to get our dog back, but did not know any answers. After researching different training facilities, I stopped in to the Mantua location and talked to Ed, who was so caring and asked so many questions regarding our dog, I immediately knew I was at the right place. With talking to Ed, I knew and had the absolute trust, that Buck's Dog Training would help our dog, which is why I immediately went back and got her. I knew, that it was my failures as a dog owner and not providing our dog with training when we first adopted her, she is apart of our family and I needed to do everything possible to keep her in our family. Nicole, shortly after, reached out to me regarding training and was amazing. Nicole asked every possible question and explained every little detail of the issues regarding our dog and the training to help resolve the issues. I spoke with countless training facilities and only Buck's Dog Training asked questions, listened to every concern and issue, and provided so much detail and care, which no other training facility did, all the others cared for was whether we were signing up our dog without asking what issues our dog had and what was the course of action to help. Our dog ultimately was placed at the Mullica Hill location, where from day one, our dog was already progressing. Nicole sent so many videos day in and day out showing us how well our dog was doing and kept us updated every step of the way. Our dog had an allergic reaction to the collar, which we never were aware our dog had any allergies, but Nicole kept us updated and cared for our dog to the highest degree. When we came to pick up our dog, we immediately saw such a change. Nicole spent as much time needed to go over every aspect of the training and to make sure we knew every command and how to operate the collar, as well as let us go through every command to ensure we were doing the training properly. Nicole even supplied us with cream and a sleeve for the collar due to the allergic reaction to take home with us, free of any charges, which was such a nice gesture. It has been about two weeks after completion of training and our dog is thriving at home. I have never seen such a connection with my dog and my daughter, it is unbelievable, they our two peas in a pod with no issues. My daughter even works on the commands with our dog, thanks to Nicole having her involved at the pick up and having my daughter walk through commands. Our dog is listening to every command and is always on her best behavior, she does test the waters when the collar is off, but still listens and obeys all the commands regardless. I will say this, the training is amazing and is the best I have seen, but it is up to the owner to continue the training at home to ensure it continues to work. Nicole and her team lay such amazing ground work for the training, only the owner's lack of continuing or laziness will destroy the hard work they do. I owe Nicole, Ed, and Buck's Dog Training a huge amount of gratitude for providing our dog the best training to keep her apart of our family. I recommended this training to all dog owners, no matter the age of the dog, every dog can be trained. My mother-in-law will be using Buck's Dog Training in the future for their knew puppy. Thank you Nicole, Ed, and Buck's Dog Training for giving us hope when we were down and giving Millie the best training we could...

I recently enrolled my fur baby in a two-week doggie boot camp, and let me tell you, the results have been absolutely astonishing! I cannot recommend this experience enough to every dog owner out there. The transformation I witnessed in my dog is nothing short of miraculous. From the moment we arrived at the boot camp, we were greeted with warmth and expertise. The trainers sent photos and videos each day to keep you in the loop. It was evident that they truly cared about the well-being and progress of every dog in their care. During the two weeks, my dog received intensive training in obedience, manners, and socialization. They tailored the training sessions to address my dog's individual needs and challenges, ensuring that every aspect of their behavior was addressed. The progress my dog made was beyond my expectations. The trainers worked wonders in curbing their leash pulling, jumping, and excessive barking. They even mastered commands like sit, stay, and come, all in just two weeks! What impressed me the most was the trainers' dedication in ensuring a smooth transition back home. They provided me with detailed instructions, strategies, and ongoing support to help maintain the progress my dog made during their time at the boot camp. They genuinely cared about setting us up for success. Not only did my dog's behavior improve significantly, but their confidence soared as well. It's truly heartwarming to witness the positive impact this boot camp had on my furry friend's overall well-being. If you're a dog owner looking to transform your pup's behavior and strengthen the bond you share, I wholeheartedly recommend enrolling them. The results are nothing short of amazing. The trainers' knowledge, expertise, and unwavering dedication will leave you in awe.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such an incredible experience. You have truly made a lasting impact on my dog's life, and I am...

My fiancé and I adopted our Great Pyrenees named Drama in December of 2022. Shortly after adopting him, we noticed severe behavioral problems and extreme aggressiveness with food and treats and resource guarding. We immediately started to reach out to several companies and no one was willing to work with him, until we found Ed from Buck’s Dog Training.

After first speaking with Ed, he assured us that Drama would be trainable and that he would be able to correct his behavior while also providing him with the basic commands and training which he didn’t have before.

When we dropped Drama off to Ed, he discussed with us the goals and expectations that he had set into place which would be beneficial for Drama and us.

Drama was apart of Ed’s 3 week boarding and training program. Ed was consistently keeping us updated with what he was working on with Drama. He provided us with videos of Drama’s daily trainings and objectives. Ed also brought Drama home with him each night and continued to work with him “off hours”. Ed communicated with us all throughout the program, daily, hourly, and weekly. He answered all of our questions, provided us with resources, and explanations.

When we picked Drama up, Ed discussed everything he worked on with Drama. He walked us through everything and showed us the training that Drama went through step by step. Ed helped train and walked us through each command and helped correct us when needed so we could continue training at home, which was extremely important and beneficial.

10/10 recommend Buck’s Dog Training with Ed! The communication, assurance, and outcome was a 5 star! We felt so comfortable knowing our dog was safe and in good hands. We are so relieved and comfortable with continuing Drama’s training. We will be continuing to send our dog to him in the near future. Ed, thank you for all your hard work, patients, consist communication, and...

I sent my dog, Ronin, to train with Nicole Buck's Dog Training team for two months as a service dog. Finding Bucks Dog Training and sending Ronin was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ronin has been an anxious dog ever since he was born. I picked him up at seven weeks old, and he has had difficulty adjusting to new environments, dogs, and people (especially children). He is motivated and willing to learn and strongly desires to grow but has had an anxious attachment style. Nicole knew right away that Ronin needed his confidence built up. With training at her Southern Virginia location, trainers Stephanie, Shelby, Maya, etc., could do just that. They trained him well and sent me pictures and video updates multiple times daily, which I was extremely grateful for! After one month of training in Southern Virginia, Ronin went to Philadelphia to train with Julie. Ronin had difficulty adjusting at first, but Julie took it in stride. She kept me updated, and she worked with him. She helped him build his confidence and service skills to learn to manage all types of environments. Ronin was able to build so much confidence and no longer has an anxious attachment to me. He does well in all types of settings. Children come right up to him, and he can handle them coming so close. One thing that stands out in his training is Ronin's outstanding improvement in maintaining impulse control! I still work on this with him. I educate people about service dogs and do my best to be a confident leader for Ronin, just like he helps me with my disability. I am so grateful I found Nicole Buck and her team of qualified behavior trainers to train my dog and for the support I have received for service dog training of my dog, Ronin. Ronin will live his best quality life because of the services he has received in the care of Buck's Dog Training, and as an extension, so will I.
