🤔 I went through an Interrogation for a replacement ID. The clerk asks me wheres my ID..umm Mam I just said I'm here for ID replacement I never received my ID in the mail it was sent back (not sure why) and I had my credentials placed in front of her. If You have a computer right in front of you it would be wise to use it. All my prescreen information was available. She wasn't that rude to the caucasian female customer before me I know this as a fact because I heard their transaction. SouthHill, VA DMV clerks are always rude not all of them but a hand full.. who cause the good ones to be overlooked for their professionalism / kindness and thats not fair to them.We have enough meanness throughout this world and never know what challenges someone is experiencing so try to be someones peace for those few minutes they spend in front of you...it could make all the difference to someone. Geesh life's to short to be that miserable....

There was a rude woman who didn't know how to be more specific when telling us which mail to get and made me take three whole trips to the car saying I'm acting like I don't want to get it yet I made three trips just to get it so now who seems like the fool I obviously tried getting it through three whole trips which could have been avoided if she knew what the heck she was doing when telling us what type of mail instead of saying "oh it doesn't matter" so I suggest she gets fired and someone with a better attitude takes her spot.and to top it all off after being nice and making an effort trying to help she threatened not to let me of my mom back inside.I wish I could put zero stars but I can't unfortunately. I hope the woman who served my mom and I see this and I hope karma comes back at you. You had no right to disrespect us like you did and don't deserve that job of yours if your not going to work it wisely. I think her...

I was able to get a same day appointment when booking online which is nice. My wait time once inside was quick too, which was an awesome surprise, but I swear the lady I spoke to at the desk checking people in hates her job. I said hey how's it going today and I got no "hey how are you, no hello welcome to DMV, no good afternoon, nothing....just a bland "what's your transaction" question right off the bat. Dang I know that nobody's really pumped when they have to go to the DMV for something but the employees there shouldn't make you feel like you've done something wrong just by walking through the doors. Pretty sure the sole purpose of this job is customer service isn't it? Or are y'all not there to serve your community? Shew! Might drive to the next town...
