It’s my first visit into this Theatre. Here is my experience. — I went to here to watch Avatar the way of the water Movie along with my friend. — Very good parking space. Comfortable parking. Good Front view. — Inside is fully equipped with nice interior. Placed all the good photos on the walls. — Very Nice Canteen. But high Costs. I bought One MEGA pop corn with Large Coke. Coke cost is $6.00 and Popcorn cost is $7.50. Good thing is you can refill number of times. But No one will go outside to refill while watching the movie unless the movie is worst. — Ticket prices are less. I bought Tickets. Cost is $8.00 each. — It has good screens. — Seating is good. But not that much comfortable. I thought it’s recliner. But that’s wrong. — Small screen. Picture Quality is good. Sound is good. But base is very low. Please Increase the base. Base is important for some elevation scenes. — Unfortunately 3D is stopped from last month due to some technical glitches. I felt sad for that one. — I didn’t feel Hygienic. Because my next seats are filled with popcorn. Seams Not cleaned well for previous shows. — Overall a good experience in this theatre. Enjoyed the movie. — Please keep it hygienic inside the theatre. Not autistic children friendly. They made me dump my autistic son's sippy cup out, and he is extremely picky and won't drink anything but certain things, so he had to go without anything to drink. He is not potty trained so we have to carry around a diaper bag to make sure we have the proper supplies to care for his needs and they required us to let them search our entire bag even though we were purchasing multiple items from the concession stand. It's not like we were very obviously trying to sneak stuff in. I ordered a combo, a water, and some candy. I meant a bottle of water, but they gave me two fountain cups. I just went with it because they were already so rude about the other stuff. I wasn't going to make a fuss about that (even though I thought I paid for the bottle of water).I noticed there wasn't anywhere to get water out the fountain. I asked them if I could have a bottle. They told me I would have to get it out of the bathroom sink unless I wanted to pay for it (which was no problem because again I thought I already did). I paid my 4 dollars for a bottle of water, and they managed to argue and give us enough problems that we missed the first part of the movie. I honestly felt like i was being treated like a criminal for no reason at all. I have been here many times with my son and have never been treated like this. I have never been treated so badly by the staff of any business. We will be taking our business elsewhere...

Our first time here. Seats are very comfortable and atmosphere is great. However, when you walk in there is nobody to assist with ticket purchase. After wandering around lobby for a bit, we went to the theater our movie was playing at and tried to see if we're to pay online while sitting down in the theater. I couldn't find purchase a ticket on the website. The theater was about 25% full so i figured i would find help after to pay. After our movie was finished, I approached a staff person to tell them we saw the movie & didn't know where to pay. He was extremely rude and said "you didn't see the line of people?" I then said, the only people I saw were the ones getting food and there were a ton of them. He yelled at me, "That is where you pay!" I then said, that "I have never been here before and that I saw people purchasing candy, soda, and other food. (Never did it enter my mind to get into the food line to pay for ticket). Maybe a sign to tell people that have never been here before would be helpful." He rolled he eyes and snatched my credit card to pay. After i told my husband how I was treated, my husband approached the short squirty looking man and told him that you were rude to my wife & she was just trying to be honest. The man on staff (I surely hope he wasn't any sort of management) apologized to my husband. The staff are not...
