Absolute top notch EXPIREIENCE!

Went for the 90 min Signature Glow facial specifically to be seen for chronic acne and long lasting red-marks the last have been daunting me for the past decade. Because it was my first facial, I was a bit concerned about using too many new products in case of bad reaction on my sensitive skin.

Ria took a deep dive while look at my face/skin during our consultation. I felt Ria was very attentive when I discussed problem areas. She asked a lot of clarify questions, it felt like she wanted to better understand my skin , as opposed to trying to upsell me on products or add on service.

She tailored a facial that focused on cleansing, light exfoliation, and hydration of my skin. She explained every step and checked in to make sure that none of the products were burring or causing any irritation.

Additionally, (and my favorite party) SHE GAVE THE BEST FACE AND NECK MASSAGE. I didn’t realize how much stress and tension I was carrying in my temples and jaw line.

I left the spa feeling glowing and relaxed. My skin did feel a bit sensitive in direct sunlight (totally normal after a facial), but before I left, Ria put some high SPF and instructed me to try to avoid direct sunlight for more than 10 mins.

The next day my skin felt very soft, and I did not have any irritation or tightness/dryness.

I did see a reduction of redness on my acne, and I think my acne medication was absorbed better after the facial.

Will definitely book another facial in...

Best facial experience I’ve ever had!

The whole experience from start to finish was very special and positive. I felt transformed by the end, and that I got everything I needed and more from the visit.

I’ve always been stressed about getting facials due to my acne-prone skin and the pain of extractions, as well as the post-visit flare-ups. My dermatologist recently said that my pores were clogged and prescribed a retinoid, but that it would be very helpful to get a facial first.

It was so easy and fast to book with Ria. She was very gentle with the extractions and it barely hurt. She was very patient and explained everything clearly, including recommendations on next steps related to my general skin care plan. She was very clear about what I would expect in the next few days relative to inflammation and offered help if needed with any follow-up or if I had any questions.

Price is very reasonable given how much time & energy Ria puts into the experience, and she offers packages. I highly recommend her for anyone considering her services...

Ria is AMAZING! I get all my waxing, lash lift and facials done here. I would never let anyone else touch my eyebrows and my skin is youthful and clear because of Ria. She customizes her facials to what I need and every facial is different. I have eczema and sensitive skin, so different seasons of the year really effects my skin and I always walk away feeling hydrated and glowing. AND the massage during the facial is so RELAXING and something I look forward to every time!! Ria has so much positive and beautiful energy. My teenager also get's facials and her skin is so clear and I appreciate all the feedback that Ria gives her. Ria checks-in and asked my daughter if she is staying on top of her skin care routine.
