Shop 'n Save — Local services in South Union Township

Now let me first say that I really like the store & Always have a nice shopping experience here. But now let me talk about the birthday cake that I ordered this past week. I called the bakery And placed a phone order for a quarter sheet size whipped cream cake. I specifically asked the representative to not put the round Confetti candy sprinkles on it and to use regular sprinkles on the icing border instead. I also told her what to write on the cake. When I picked up the cake, the bakery was already closed for the day. But an Employee from the deli handed me the cake and it had the round confetti candy sprinkles on it that I didn’t want. The cursive Handwriting on the cake was terrible. I joked and told people it looked like Stevie Wonder decorated this cake! The cake was delicious, but so ugly to look at! If you want a cake that’s Pretty, Don’t order from this bakery. But if you don’t care what it looks like the cake tastes really good. I would just suggest that shop and save send someone to a cake decorating class to improve the look of the cakes. If so, they would have a really...

I had a horrible experience at this Shop n Save due to the older lady with glasses who was running the Self checkout this morning around 9 am. As I was almost done checking out my items, she comes behind me like a cop and says I was only suppose to scan only 15 items very rude. I might had 18 items the most. I felt harassed by this woman and racially profiled because my friend was bi racial. The man behind me had over 20 items but she was very persistent to me and no one else. The woman is a terrible worker and needs to be fired or retrained. As I walked past her she was rude and no greeting good bye… just a very nasty look on her face. I will be telling others and my relatives own businesses on Chalk Hill and well known and I will make sure they know not to bring their business here. I’m very disappointed of how these employees...

I have been shopping at Shop 'n Save for over a year and I am very satisfied with their products and services. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of items to choose from.
