China Express — Restaurant in South Union Township

I’ve ordered takeout from here several times. It’s not far from my office and their prices are reasonable. Their prices have gone up but everything has gone up so I can’t blame them for that. I usually get the salt and pepper chicken or the honey chicken and I always order crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon is really good. It’s just a tad sweet, which is how I like it. The salt and pepper chicken is fried cubes of chicken with some onion and pepper. It’s tender and very salty and peppery as you would expect. I like it. It’s been a while since I got the honey chicken but I remember liking it. I also got the fried rice. It was like most fried rice you get. I thought it was a little dry but I’m not a big fan of fried rice. Not sure why I got it because it cost extra. I think the salt and pepper chicken came with white rice, which I like even less. Overall, I was happy with my order. And the lady that hands you your order is always nice. There’s no seating. It’s just takeout and delivery. I don’t think I’ve ever had it delivered so I don’t know how fast that is but pickup is really fast. I order online, drive about 2 miles there and it’s always ready when...

Returned home to find the order wasn't complete. When we called to ask, we were told it was ok since they didn't charge us. They didn't offer to make what was missing--just said that we weren't charged. Bye. To make it worse, we shared the bourbon chicken we did get and it was over cooked and dry. The dog didn't even want the scraps. We won't go again.
