ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I sold a truck through Garrett Garwood who works “ sells “ for the Ritchie Bros. I sent him my title and everything and he completely lied to me and told me my truck has been sold and they were sending me my check in the mail. Months later Ive never been paid for my truck and Garrett Garwood who I’ve worked with this whole process, completely ignores me and does not give me an answer nor update, and every time I call the place they are completely disrespectful and say they can’t do anything because another company sold it? So they took my title to my truck and got my truck towed to a different lot where it’s been sitting for months and they want me to pay $5,000 for my OWN TRUCK BACK because it has been sitting when I was under the impression my truck had been sold!...

I’ve purchased items at the last two Columbus sales. Both times we had to wait in line over 3 hours to get our equipment loaded. They only had 2 wheel loaders running and men sitting around on side by sides doing nothing to speed up the process. You guys do great the day of the sale and are very efficient at selling. You know how to be efficient and have the resources to do much better after the sale to get the buyers loaded quickly and back to their job that makes them $, and not waiting in long lines.

Update 10/23. That have made improvements to the pickup and load out process...

I have not purchased anything from RB in quite a few years and was on website and "accidently" won a trailer. I could have picked it up about 30 minutes after winning but waited until the next day.

My Brother went with me, we pulled in with the release form and the lady at checkin told me where it was, we went back and the lift operator got it out from the row. We put lights on it and then looked around at some other stuff.

We drove out and the lady processed the paperwork and we were done and towed it home. AWESOME experience and I'd have problem recommending them or buying...
