Under no circumstances do I recommend coming here. This is a terrible place where your work and time are not respected. My unloading experience here was extremely long and frustrating. My appointment was at 11:00 PM, and I arrived at 8:00 PM. The guard told me to park and come back with my paperwork at 9:00 PM. When I came back, there was a line of about 30 drivers waiting to check in. That was just the first registration step — some drivers were given doors right away, while others, like me, were told to wait in the truck for a call or text with the door number. At 9:50 PM, they took my paperwork and told me to wait because no doors were available. Around 11:45 PM, I received the first call, but due to poor cell reception in the area, the call kept dropping and I couldn’t answer. I immediately went back to the guard shack, but the rude guard said it was not their problem that I missed the call and that I had to wait again for a new door. About 30 minutes later, I got another call. I literally had to run outside searching for a single bar of cell signal to answer and finally got my door number. The guard was rude and unhelpful, unable to explain even the basic instructions — whether to open trailer doors, slide tandems, or break the seal. At 12:15 AM, I started moving from the parking area, but because of the chaotic and unsafe parking situation, it was hard to drive around. When I finally found my door, it was still occupied by an empty trailer, so I had to circle the building several times before safely parking and waiting for it to be removed. That took another 20 minutes. At 12:35 AM, I brought my paperwork inside. A silent warehouse worker stamped it and told me I’d be contacted after unloading and to wait for the payment message. My trailer had about 40 pallets, and unloading was surprisingly fast — about 25–30 minutes. By 1:00 AM, I had a green light. But they didn’t return my paperwork for another 4 hours. During that whole time, I couldn’t properly rest because there was a strict rule posted at the guard shack saying that drivers are not allowed to sleep anywhere on the property. If you respect yourself, your work, and your time — stay away from this place until they bring some order and start treating drivers with the...

Guards were pretty friendly and so where the yard dogs. Parking is super tight if that middle Lane they have for parking isnt already filled with their own trailers. But I will agree this place is pretty crazy when it's time to get into a door. Everyone literally starts leaving and going at the same time. Yet there is space to back in so that's good. However the only light is at the dock doors.
My only problem with this place is actually getting to your door. Since the door numbers on the doors themselves and no where else. Just ask a yard dog where the door is, or ask another driver what door they're in and count from there.
Also all these 'Ive been driving for 99 years' drivers' are also my last problem. We get it you're the top professional driver out there, good for you. Look we're all in this business together rookie or senior driver, we all have our good and bad days. With how everyone is literally getting to their door and leaving their doors at the same time, it can be a bit fustrating. Not to mention there are a few people who park in front of the dock doors which is mostly Aldi's fault seeing as how they tell you to move away from the dock to wait on paper work...
So let's just work together on this. Heck, I have 2 more stops and a pick up after this and honestly it's no good to stress yourself out because someone has to do three pull ups or is taking their time.
Have a...
Read moreUpdate: Wasn’t here for 2 years. I see real good improvements: Outside lights on a top of building, every 7 docks or so; They also can receive couple hours ahead of appointment time, which is outstanding! They made the lot much bigger then it was b4... ——————————————————- the absolutely average ALDI DC. For those who cried here about a darkness, yes, you have to have a flashlight in your truck... but you have to have it anyway, unless you r rookie... BTW, I have been at many ALDI DCs, no any location has a lit doors area. I don't know how it contribute to ALDI, (may be they save on electricity)... but it definitely nor convenient, neither safe for backing procedures!
3 stars for overnight parking right away! Soon, it'll be the most important feature of shipping/receiving terminals (I mean ELD mandate). Not only this, they ain't gonna bother you EVEN after being empty! You can be on parking lot until you are legal to roll away!
Check in at 3 am regardless of your arriving time, and your actual appointment time has almost nothing to do with how soon they need your load. In my case app time was 6:30 am, but got a door right away at 3 am and had bills signed at 5:30...
Overall, the night at this ALDI is sleepless although they do not bad, and I repeat, the overnight parking is huge plus to...
