Ok, saw this event online and was super excited and it looked like a lot of fun. I researched beforehand and it said it's cash only. Ok, no problem. The craft vendors were great. However - to buy from the food vendors, you have to cost purchase paper tickets (1 ticket = $1) and then use the tickets to buy your food. I'm not sure if it's for safety purposes or a way to make you spend more, but it just seemed so chaotic and ridiculous. They have a table/ tent for you to buy the tickets, with a big menu board for how many tickets per each vendor's food item you want to get. So you can either make a rough estimate and commit to spending that much at the festival and waste the rest, OR you have to calculate exactly how much you plan on spending and buy just that many tickets. Also it was super crowded so people kept blocking the big menu board sign. If you aren't sure what you'll want to eat, i do not recommend this because it just seems like a ploy to get you to spend more money. Would much rather go to any other festival, even if it's cash only, where i can actually get change or change my mind about what i want to...

These are people that respect our town and know how to get...
