Louis did an amazing job all around in replacing the stereo radio in my Chevrolet Silverado, which included a backup camera feature. The installation was perfect.

However, initially I could not get AM stations on the radio nor could I get very good reception on the FM stations. Louis contacted the radio's manufacturer, Kenwood. The Kenwood rep gave him advice which he tried out on my truck. Unfortunately nothing seemed to work.

Finally, out of desperation he tried installing a new antenna cable all the way from the fender through the firewall and reaching to the back of the radio. When he pulled the old antenna mount off of the fender the cable just kind of dropped out of the bottom. The cable had rust throughout it and the white insulation was crumbling. He connected the new antenna cable to the radio and everything was perfect. I now have good reception...

Awesome!!! I had a new radio unit that needed to installed and I had a different shop try to do the installation. They attempted the installation and after about two hours of trying, they told me that it could not be done. I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Stereo Fi. Luis went above and beyond to make sure that not only was I happy, but that my car looked good. When a problem emerged with the backup camera, he double and triple checked his work - but it appears the issue is with the camera, not anything he did. So I've got a replacement camera on the way.
