My review of this company is a 5-star plus!!!! Before I break it down to why a really strong rating I want you, the reader to know that:

If you read my reviews on google or Amazon- I am 100% honest on whatever rating I give a vendor. I do not accept free anything! All I want is for the next person who makes a purchase to know my honest opinion. We are talking investment in your hard working earned money so you deserve honesty as does a vendor

So here is why my unequivocally 5-star rating:

Customer Service: WOW - super outstanding!!!!! Quick response via email (my preference) or call back

Web site: lots of options available which I thought was really a plus. I actually changed my selection twice because the more I browsed the better the choices. Hint: browse the complete web site before making a selection

Website navigation: really easy and surprisingly fast. Even the secure check out process was easy to use

Product Proof: I had a dedication plaque requested and I completed the online text or words I wanted and at check out they went with the order. Within hours I received my proof for approval (a really nice added process before the purchased product is actually made). It was perfect!!!

Production: after I approved my product proof I was shortly thereafter notified it was being made. We are talking of less than 48 hours from submitting my order

Delivery: unbelievably fast! It arrived UPS , packed really well and it arrived as scheduled

Receipt of product: my product was perfect! I showed it around all afternoon to so many people in my complex and every, yes every, comment was “it is so beautiful “ or “ WOW - it’s breathtaking (comments from the ladies) or “ it will look so nice on our building” 100% constant positive feedback!!! This is a company with unquestionable quality product and outstanding customer service!!!

Pricing: very competitive and in my opinion reasonable; especially because of all the reasons above

There is a detailed analysis of this company and the product I purchased and received. This was a “shot in the dark” purchase that turned out to be one of the best online purchases ever made!!!

We planned our event late and then rushed to find a vendor who would complete our trophy/award order. We called around to local places in the California Bay Area that were going to try to do the order and they were going to charge an astronomical rate in rush fees. We knew the last minute rush fees were coming but that almost deterred us from buying anything at al for our team members. We knew that they worked hard all year and we needed to do something to show our appreciation. My coworker hopped online again in a last ditch effort and typed in "Same Day Trophy" and Same Day Awards came up. I had some trouble with the ordering website and called Same Day Awards. To my surprise, a live person answered and got me on the right track for orders.

After I placed the order, we got in touch with Lauren and she helped get us through the finalizing process. She helped over the phone and through email after the logos changed multiple times. I was super anxious about getting the order in on time, having the right logo and name on the trophies. She assured me that all the awards would be done properly and made sure all the proofs were sent in a timely manner. She alleviated all the stress. We had to pay extra since our changes pushed the approval process into the next days. I was prepared to pay a large amount for shipping to get them from the East Coast on time. To my pleasant surprise, the additional shipping costs were reasonable!

With all of our obstacles that we put on Same Day Awards, they came through IN THE CLUTCH!!! We received our awards with time to prepare for easy handouts at our event and most importantly they were beautiful!!

I could not be happier with the services and products rendered by Same Day Awards. From my initial consultation, to my back and forth with Lauren, to the shipping time and award itself, I was consistently impressed by the quality, and attention I was afforded.

I approached Same Day Awards with an unorthodox request. I wanted a crystal cup perpetual trophy for my fantasy football league. While I liked their selection, they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I reached out, and they promptly responded that they could customize an existing product to facilitate my specifications. After an extremely smooth back and forth, we finalized a design that incorporated all of my requests, including a customized faceplate, walnut base, and room to record the next 11 seasons' champions.

While I was happy with the process, I was blown away by the shipping. My beautiful award arrived within days, just in time for my own coronation as league champion. And boy did it go over well.

My league loved it. They all agree that, while there is a cash prize for winning, they're all much more interested in winning the crystal cup next season. It was an overwhelming success.

Not only that, but my friends in other leagues intend on getting their own trophy from Same Day Awards for next year!
