⭐THIS HERE BAKERY⭐ When managed by DENISE, & HER CREATIONS!!!⭐ LORD GIVE ME 10 STARS!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She makes what NO other Big Y has! I know I've looked in Worcester & Hampden County*! I've been to most Markets of Big Y, & I'm sure most of them have the same. (which this one does carry the traditional main bakery items as well) But this young lady 😉 knows what she is doing!! Mother of gawwwwd! Its 7:21 am & I want to go there NOW & get my cake on!!! Edited: Np! You guys over there are the best!! Always on point, polite, sincere, & super great to the regulars!! Make them feel like a local corner store, even call us by name, feels great! REALLY Wish other B-Y Markets could take notes* D? Please do NOT stop making my (Just Enough)*

Very nice place to shop. It may not have everything I need, but plenty to select. Lots of fresh sea food and very nice prices. I give it a four only because the customer service was not very friendly when I applied for a membership card.

Clean; well-stocked; great service; excellent: produce, deli, meat & seafood selections (always fresh); carries organic & glutten-free selections; great sales & seasonal items; bakery, floral & party size pizzas available; would give 5 stars if rating on quality alone. The only draw back, I feel, is that the regularly-priced merchandise is up to $1 or more per item, when compared to other stores in the area & that adds-up quickly when shopping for a big family. I understand the need to charge higher prices if a company is providing a higher-quality facility, product and/or benefit package to it's employees, however, that may or may not be the motivating factor in regards to pricing. If budget was not a factor, I'd shop at Big Y everytime, due to high quality, selection & convenience. FYI There is a water treatment facility near the store that often emits a pungent odor, however, it has nothing to do with Big Y and you cannot smell the odor when inside...

They make you pay for bags if you don't have your own. This trend needs to stop. I am never shopping there ever again.

This is my response: If you are so worried about protecting the environment. Maybe don't sell all of your products in plastic/Styrofoam and paper containers. Instead of forcing actual change on a large scale with companies who mass produce these products, you target the customer who now has to pay more and realistically doesn't contribute to pollution as much as these manufacturers do that you are in business with. It's a knee jerk reaction to make yourself look good but you are targeting the wrong people when you could do actual change. I'll take my business elsewhere since you think your customers are the issue and you want to nickel and dime them. Which this is what you want. Money. Plus paper bags are...

I will give this a place of zero with the new manager in town he thinks he's big boss and then he called the police because they told my 14 year old daughter that she can get groceries at 8:59 p.m. and then they lied and then they want to call the police to back them up instead of owning their mistake he wanted to act tough and tell me oh it's not his problem and uses the police as his own protection and the southbridge police backed him up so you wonder what the policemen fund is used for. Business owners donates to the policeman's fund for their own protection they don't care about customers. His name is Bernie. And he is very unprofessional to be putting a 14-year-old in fear for her safety. He shouldn't even be a manager the...
