BROTHERS PIZZA — Restaurant in Southbridge

I have ordered here 2x this week, simply for convenience (and our favorite pizza place in town is closed for renovations). The food is decent, but not worth the poor customer service.

Each time we’ve ordered here we have waited over one hour and 50 minutes, almost TWO HOURS, and still haven’t seen a delivery driver. Each time we have had to call, and each time the response is “oh sorry the driver is leaving now”, two hours after I place my order? The first time the restaurant closed in 3 minutes, so I panick called thinking we wouldn’t get the food we paid for. This time I kindly asked “if you don’t mind me asking, why does it take so long at this pizza place? This has happened to us multiple times and it will deter us from coming here again” at which point the woman I spoke with handed the phone to a man who must have been the manager or owner, and I heard her say “idk what she wants she’s just bitching”. The manager had terrible customer service, and brushed us off almost as if we have the AUDACITY to call about the food we paid for two hours ago? Not to mention our orders have been over $60.00. Personally, I don’t care how good the food is. The customer service is so poor that I will never order here again, and I will tell everyone I know not to order here again. This is coming from someone who works in customer service and would never speak to someone or treat someone the way I’ve been treated by...

I ordered a pizza after surgery two weeks on a Monday it was supposed to be barbecue chicken and it was buffalo chicken. I called That Saturday and ordered two pizzas and told the guy that if they were not correct I would never come back and order them. He was very very nice and very apologetic. Today I ordered grind of us that were supposed to hot. It was over an hour so I called and asked the man with the grinders wearing he said they went to the wrong place. He wasn’t very nice about it and I told him that the grind of a cold I was sending them back and that lately the customer service and the ordering has been very poor. He wasn’t very nice to me and tell me that the grinders were already on their way. I live 6 to 7 minutes away after almost 20 minutes, I started making food because we were hungry, The man on the phone but was extremely rude to me obviously lied when he said they were already on their way especially since I live 6 to 7 minutes away. I will never order from there again it was not even any effort made to correct the whole problem...

I was very disappointed, I ordered takeout and the bill was approximately $40 . I ordered three grilled chicken salads and a meatball grinder . The salads were proportionally correct and the chicken was cooked to expectation . The meatball grinder lacked meatballs but all in all it was just OK . My issue was when I asked the person giving me my order for an extra one Extra dressing, he replied I have to charge you $.50 . Take note this is not a prepackaged dressing it’s one of those very small pizza shop self made mixed. I was like really I just spent 40 bucks and you’re going to charge me an extra $.50 for a dressing. Of course it wasn’t the $.50 I feel it was just principal.
