
Review I do not recommend you go to Dew or Dye. The workers rent out their chairs and are solely responsible for correcting mistakes to which no one can hold the accountable. I made the mistake of seeing Anna at Dew or Dye. The top left of the first picture was what my hair looked like when I came in, bottom left is what I asked for, right is what I left with. So, not what I asked for at all. I wanted silver and I left with more gold in my hair than I have had in years. I have been dying my hair for 15 years and never had a complaint. I did ask if my request was reasonable before we ever got started. I was told it was easily doable because my hair was already so light. The other picture is a collage of the āblendingā(if you can call it that) that I received. My. Entire. Head. Looked. Like. That. So I know Anna saw all of that when she did my cut, blow dry, and style. She never said a word. Didnāt ask me what I thought. Just kept saying over and over that she loved it. After I spoke to the manager, she told my stylist and she reached out to me offering to fix it. I texted her politely asking for a refund specifically for the color job- nothing else. I explained I did not feel comfortable (after the service I received) with her doing my hair again. I have received no response and it has been over two weeks. I did message her again one week after my first message to follow up. To preserve the integrity of my hair, Iām having to go to multiple appointments to get it fixed. Just save yourself some time, a lot of money, and your tears and go to another salon. Or at bare minimum please do not see this āstylistā. I did message the manager to follow up that I had not heard from Anna. The manager Nicole did make her best efforts to fix this for the stylist who messed up my hair. She stated she couldnāt force Anna to give me a refund and that sheād been trying to communicate with her to refund me. She offered to take a personal hit and give me two appointments with her for free and I declined these. Anna on the other hand flat out ignored me after completely...

I showed kaycee my stylist pictures of what I wanted which was a lighter blonde highlight! We talked about how I was trying to get away from the brassy color and how I had been working to get my hair blonder for a while and how I did not want brown!!! So I thought for sure she had an idea of what I wanted! When she was all done and I looked In the mirror I just wanted to cry!! It was not even close to blond in fact all the blond I had before was gone and it was some kind of ashy brown!!!! I asked her what happened I was blond walking in here and now this? I will say it looked good if that was what I wanted but I didnāt at all!!! When I told her I didnāt like it she said the only thing she could do was to re do it in 4 to 6 weeks or maybe re tone it! At that point I didnāt want her to touch my hair ever again! And even though I was completely unhappy she didnāt even offer me a discount I paid 150$ for my tears! And I didnāt like the cut either but I was so frustrated by the end I just wanted to get out of there! I paid more because I had to go somewhere else to get it redone but it was worth it to get the look I wanted! I wasnāt going to walk around hating my hair! I donāt think this stylist was very experienced or maybe just confused or not confident I donāt think she really knew what she was doing what to do once I didnāt like it! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had high hopes by how cute the place looked, but they DESTROYED my hair and took over 5 hours after telling me it was a 2 hour process. The girl kept insisting she was slow because she was āa perfectionistā, (she said this around 38 times,) but in the end she did not do at all what I asked for. I wanted ombrĆ© hair with a deep caramel color on the bottom and my natural at the top. I ended up with platinum blonde streaks against my almost black hair. It looks TERRIBLE, incredible cheap and tacky...but they still charged me an insane amount for it! At the end she admitted she didnāt do what I had asked, but thought this would be better...and would not fix it! She had NO right to decide for me what I want, especially when I have to pay so much. I am so upset, Iāve never had my hair done before and this was supposed to be special. The entire time their conversation was extremely vulgar and full of profanity. (Despite oneās very young daughter being in the room.) Iām so upset, that was a lot of money and I hate how I look.
