Please to all who have ever used or tried to get this excuse of a repairment to do his job, DO NOT let him do anything because he doesn't do what is needed that should fit his job description. He is beyond any excuse of a person in regards of what his job is. Please take the time to read this and I guarantee you will find it hard to fathom all of this. I have been waiting over 3 months for my washer to be repaired. He started out by not calling to set up a appointment and when he never called nor showed up, I had to chase him down in ever fashion I could. Three months ago I got him on the phone and he proceeded to have me go and tell him all the things that what I saw that was wrong. He would reply, that is what is wrong with your washer. He said he would call with a time to come out to replace the item. Three weeks go by, no call no nothing in that he made it sound like I was taking up his time. He set a time up and never showed or called. I get a call the next day from him stating that he forgot to change his clocks forward for daylight saving time. We call the main Home Depot in Atlanta Georgia from the Home Depot store in Trotwood Ohio. My daughter, the manager, and the representative from Atlanta Georgia were all on an open video on our phones. He was on his phone as well and didn't know everything was being recorded. He was caught with his pants down and all he could say was he was sorry. He was told by the Home Depot in Georgia to go see the washer within the next 48 hours. He came with my daughter and son-in-law right behind him when in and looked inside the washer to a load of clothing that the water was blacker than the ace of spades and oil laying on top all over. He began to plead for them to open the windows as he covered his face from the smell, my daughter looked at him and told him "NO", you smell what my Dad has to smell all this time, as my husband and her father is dying and will not be around much longer, as his lungs are failing. We have to keep him upstairs to keep him from breathing the vapors coming from the "NASTY" washer. He yelled, "the motor is burned up" and hurrying down the hall to escape the smell and said I will call you. That was 3 weeks ago. He won't return the calls, he doesn't care about anyone other that how things affect him. This is 4 times for repairs of a new washer. In all my life of dealing with people of his supposed to be "repairman", he is as low as they come. I have looked at all the reviews from Facebook to BBB and other places, NONE I MEAN NONE have given him a decent word. So now going on over 3 months not being able to wash my husband clothes and afraid of if there is any damage to my hubby. I called those in Atlanta Georgia and I hope someone will do something to take care of this problem. I told them he is not allowed on my property. My lawyer has been contacted. This is not Home Depot's fault, it is hiring a jerk to do a caring...
Read moreThe first scheduled appointment was in August 15. The tech called me the day of the appointment, asked for a description of what was happening, said it was probably the regulator and indicated that he would order the part and then rescheduled us for 8/29. I told the technician that I would be out of town on that date and that they would need to contact my husband for which I provided his number. I received a call on 8/29 but was unable to answer the phone because I was in a meeting. The tech did not leave a message, nor try to call my husband, was just a no show. Then I called later that night but did not receive a call back. My husband then followed up and scheduled the repair for 9/2 but communicated to the tech that he would only be available from 5-7 because he had to pick me up from the airport, but would have someone at the house in our place for the window of 5-9. There was never a call during that window and again a no show. I reached out via email and was informed that the appointment was scheduled for 9/9. Finally, the technician showed up on 9/9 and informed us that the regulator was not the issue and that they would need to order a different part. He said he would try to get us on the schedule for 9/16 but never called back to confirm. I called on 9/13 to follow up, never received a call back, but instead received a text confirming the appoint for 9/16. I reached out via that text on 9/15 to inform that I needed to reschedule because my daughter had a school event but never received a text back. I then emailed on 9/16 and rescheduled for today from 9-1 then received a call five minutes to 1 informing that the tech would be here in about 45 minutes and has us on the schedule for 12-5, but we’re at their mercy because we’ve been without our over for over a month now, who knows if they will show. Putting this in writing because the level of service that your team provides in the area of communication is lacking!! I would even say unacceptable. You can’t ever call and talk to someone nor does anyone ever call you back. To add, your appointment scheduling is absolutely ridiculous. I have never dealt with a company that is able to stay in business with the way you function. We did not choose you, Lowes did as part of our warranty, and believe me they will hear about this along with me publishing on every possible forum to inform others of the level of service that your company views...
Read moreCompletely unprofessional. Never called to let us know he was going to be later than the 4 hour appointment window. After two phone calls he finally did show up to “fix” our dryer, after 6 hours, he didn’t bring a single tool. Just turned the dryer on for Two minutes and said he needed to order parts. I had placed the service call through Home Depot’s Protection Plan and had already told them what the problem was on Monday. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Tech Kevin showed up on Friday with no parts and no clue. One week with no dryer. Parts come in 5 days later, now 2 weeks with no dryer. He replaces parts in about 30 minutes and is ready to leave. I ask him to stay until I make sure dryer is actually working. I notice the dryer exhaust is not connected so I go out to his car to let him know and he is gone. I called his office to tell them to get him back so he can connect it before he leaves the neighborhood. Office tells me they contacted him and he says he didn’t disconnect it. I tell them that’s not the point and the job isn’t finished because the appliance is not in full working order. My dryer is now venting hot air into the laundry room when it should be going outside. Any appliance job is not done until the appliance is working the way it is supposed to. Tech acted like he wanted to be anywhere else other than fixing some dryer. Customer service was just appalling. I doubt this place will be in business very long. P.S. - dryer lasted about two weeks before heat went out again. Contacted Home Depot and they wanted to send Precision back out and I told them no. I’d rather pay out of pocket to someone else than have them touch anything in...
