Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Southgate

Their night time management has no I repeat no customer service. I had called in because my hogie was made wrong on a $70.00 order. I talked to a team member who had put me on hold to speak with a gentleman who was supposed to be a manager. The gentleman got on the phone I explained what was wrong with my hogie he tried telling me he knew it was correct and then hung up on me after I had told him they could come get it and replace it made correct. I called back 3 times for me to be hung up on by the so called manager. I called corporate and made a complaint which I was supposed to get a call from the owner or general manager about my experience since it was privately owned corporate couldn’t do anything but file my complaint. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and when it arrived, a quarter of the pizza was just missing. I called the store back and was wondering what happened and why I only have a PORTION of a pizza. Somehow our pizza got mixed up with the “crew pizza” and we were sent an eaten pizza. I figured mistakes happen, so it isn’t the end of the world, they remade the pizza for us, but the ordeal took 2+ hours. I called the store back to check on the status of the remake and to ask for a refund, because it is now 9PM when we ordered the pizza at 7. I was told by the store that despite sending us an eaten pizza, and the remake taking 2 hours, that a refund couldn’t be issued. Really really unprofessional in my opinion. We order from this store fairly regularly. Last time we ordered, we got a cheese pizza when we ordered a 3 meat. Fine, mistakes happen and they replaced it. Tonight, the same thing happened. We called again. They sent out another pizza and told us to keep the first. The second pizza was also just cheese. We called again. There was no apology. They assumed we were idiots who didn't realize meat could be under cheese (there was no meat). This time they wanted the first two pizzas back. 3 hours after we initially ordered, we finally received the proper pizza. We should have received a refund and an apology.
