Fit Bites Cafe — Local services in Southgate

I have tried this place now 2 times. I was so excited to have a clean place with vegan options, but I think they overcharge and the food is barely edible. I got the Alfredo pasta, it was so dry I couldn't eat it. Then this week I got the eggplant parm. There was literally a quarter size of sauce kn each piece then dry pasta. Save your money and make food at home. Charging such steep prices for food that is so dry you can't eat it was more than disappointing .

I did in fact call, I did not over microwave it I followed the instruction per the container, and I also tried it cold. Microwaving it doesn't make the lack of sauce. The pasta has nothing in it sauce wise and the eggplant had a quarter size smear of sauce on it with dry pasta and herbs underneath. I have never seen the eggplant here before so bard to believe it is a best seller. I wrote this review as I did attempt to call and was told I clearly don't have the right place because that couldn't happen and the girl hung up on me. This is my latest discovery and I highly recommend them. My hair dresser casually mentioned them and I went straight there after my hair cut. I tried one of those meal delivery sites earlier this year and was not impressed. I bought 6 prepared meals and so far impressed with how good they taste. I sometimes think healthy has to be bland. Not these meals, the chef has a gift! I read the back story on the website and was even more impressed. Women owned local business. I like that I can stop in and pick up what I want.
