Bailey's Baskets & Bouquets is a marvelous business to find your next, wondrous gift for someone you care about! I was looking for local florists in Batesville, and came across Bailey's. Having only recently opened this year, I hope you all choose Bailey's for your next gifting ideas and support this fantastic business. Our experience was fabulous! They have a larger selection of floral and gift offerings than some of the other businesses in the area. Gift items are also unique, fresh ideas! The Customer Service was above-and-beyond! She was so kind, informative, helpful, patient, generous and just all-around great to talk to over the phone. She added items to the gift basket that weren't even in the original set of items! We were supposed to get 4 balloons, but she gave us FIVE! Dad was so happy to receive such a great gift basket! He said he has enough jerky to last a year! HAHA Delivery was same-day, and fast, for such a last-minute order. We appreciated that so much! Because it was local, there was no delivery fee, which was also amazing. She had an issue running the credit card, and contacted immediately, and was understanding and patient about having it resolved. Great Communication! Great Customer Service! Great Product! I called Bailey's Baskets on September 13, 2025 at noon with what I thought would be an impossible request. After speaking with the owner for a few minutes I told her what the occasion was and since I didn't know what type flowers to get, I asked if I gave her a price if she could fix something she thought would be good. She delivered a beautiful bouqet of flowers about an hour after I spoke with her. They were a huge hit and loved by all. I wanted to send a bouquet to a friend who is the strongest person I know. The phone was answered promptly, I stated what I was looking for and my price range; I also asked if it could be delivered that day. The sales person was fabulous to work with! Well folks let me tell you what my friend received exceeded my expectations!!! It’s so beautiful and colorful! And delivered the same day. 🙂.
