Steinway Piano Gallery, Spanish Fort — Local services in Spanish Fort

This is literally my first review on Google, but my experience with the Steinway family has compelled me to write one.

I called inquiring about selling our family piano. I spoke with Micah. He was very helpful and told me what to do if I wanted their help in selling it. Fast forward to September 10, piano was picked up and handled with care and delivered to Steinway gallery. Less than 2 weeks, the piano sold!!!! I am beyond elated and impressed with their level of customer service and professionalism. The consignment process was so easy and prompt. Micah, has been so kind and helpful during this entire process. He patiently answered all my questions. Christy, has also been very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them to you for whatever piano needs you may have. You will not be disappointed!!!

Micah & Christy were wonderful! They were both so patient with me as I headed down this nine month journey to the perfect piano for me. Once I was ready to make my purchase Christy was the epitome of patience while I tried out many pianos, even when I face-timed my piano teacher so she could give me her opinion once I had it narrowed down to two. Chris was very nice as he showed me the mechanics of the extras. The purchase process was easy as well. Christy even made some suggestions to help us save some money. And she made sure my new piano would get to my place in just a few days and kept in contact during the process. The one negative is that I didn't have the room (or finances) for one of the beautiful grand pianos. 😉 I would definitely recommend them when looking...

Continuously spams craigslist with ads listed by owner instead of by dealer even after being contacted about this. Very frustrating to filter out dealer ads and this company has 10-30 advertisements "by owner". If they are dishonest in their advertising it makes me wonder about other aspects of the business.

*Update Micah is still continuing to post these ads on Craigslist under ads by owner rather than dealer as of 8/15/21, nearly a year after I contacted him by text and email to stop posting these ads in the wrong category. We are still having to filter through pages of spam from this dealer on craigslist.
