This happened Mothersday Sunday 2023. We love going to the movies with our family. However, upon getting 2 of our drinks, there were black chunks of mold that fell in the cup from the soda fountain. I told the worker behind the counter, and she looked and says oh sorry about that and walked away. My husband then walked back down by her and said, "Excuse me, can we get some new cups. She looked at us like, "Why do you need new cups? ,I said, I'm certainly not going to drink mold. You need to clean this machine." She then ignored us and helped someone else. I'll start this by saying I'm used to Tomahs HoChunk Cinema and was only here because they closed permanently. So upon entering the building its hot and humid, there's a line, and there's only 1 person running everything. You have to buy your tickets with the concessions, which is weird because it makes the line longer. The chairs made it feel like we were leaning forward the whole time and the sound felt disproportionate to the size of the screen. Tiny screen, very loud sound....

Good variety of movies available to choose from. Small theatres show rooms, but not overly crowded on a Saturday night. Seats are very uncomfortable and was awkward to sit in.

Restrooms could have been cleaner and didn't seem to have any air freshener.

Good choices for food and snacks but very high pricing and not entirely that tasty or fresh for the cost.

Would recommend to others if you feel a need to overpay to watch a movie. May or may not...
