Culver’s — Restaurant in Sparta

Unfortunately, there always seems to be issues with our order when we visit, which is a lot because there's nothing else our entire family agrees on for dine-in or take out, and nothing much else in Sparta lol. Common issues are food missing, additional ingredients added to our cheeseburgers that we didn't order (then our picky kids won't eat), cold food, not getting things we paid for, and much more etc. We're there so much we frequently get surveys to complete, and I always do them. Few have been positive, majority have been negative because there's always a problem. Just sucks because of course we will be back, but begrudgingly. We're not being too difficult I believe, just order "normal" food for a family of 5, often. Just wish we'd have a good visit because there's so many bad ones that just keep stacking up one after another. I'm assuming the managers are getting sick of seeing my surveys and seeing my probably now familiar name (I used to manage restaurants, I get it ha ha), they probably think I'm just trying to get a bunch of free food or something. I ordered 2 Dbl cheese burgers, French fries and cole slaw. After waiting over 15 minutes for my to go order. Now mind you I counted 12 bodies working at that time. I finally moved to the counter and ask one of the Kids if my order was almost ready. He pointed to a girl that was pushing a Mop and bucket to help me she said to him "after i get done". Not sure when mopping was more important then customer service? but oh well. I finally got my food and headed home when I got there my wife pulled out the burger and each patty was paper thin and burnt to a crisp! So I headed back into town with this food and waited my turn to get up to the counter and explained to the girl that my burger was burnt she said "it Is" I said No I drove back here with a perfectly good burger. She ask what should I do? I said maybe get me another finally the expediter by the food area took charge and gave me a new one but forgot my fries so I went back in and got those also needless to say again my experience was not a good one at our local Culvers. I don't think the higher prices bother anyone if they get good quality food and in a timely manner but in this case it...

My daughter and I went to the drive through for dinner. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food ! We got 2 cheeseburgers and an order of cheese curds which cost us $19.00. Which is outrageous !! When we got home to eat we realized that both of our burgers were not fully cooked and that they messed our order up !!! We ordered 1 double cheese burger and 1 regular cheese burger . We got 2 double cheeseburgers instead and they had the order wrong on the receipt so of course we were over charged on top of everything else.
