I am only giving a one star because of the young lady that served us our order at the window. She had a smile and a very cheerful attitude. The young lady who was taking orders tonight needs a big attitude check. Started my order was informed they where out of the Brownie Batter no big deal not a problem. Order a Brownie Oreo cupfection she came on and said they didn't have it which was clearly on the board and not marked sold out. I then double checked that they didn't carry the cupfection from there her attitude went south and rude. She told me to hold on and then came back on repeated the order with an attitude. Pulled up to the window did not offer a smile just the total with the same attitude, gave me my card back without a word and slammed the window. Had to wait long time for drive up order when I got my order it was wrong i took it back in and lady working inside checked and asked cooks The cooks yelled at her she gave order to wrong car and they were not making the order over. She told them it was wrong . They kept yelling at her. I asked for money back but was told they could not do that. Lady working on register was nice. She did get them to make order again but when I got home I again had the order wrong I had order 2 $5.00 meal plus an order of curds. Did not get one of the meals I work in food service so I know how this is not at all good for business there were customers inside as well. The lady working dif give me sticks for dilly bars. Read moreEverything was good until my order had to be brought to me because it had to be cook. The young man who brought my order approached my vehicle and said, "Is this yours?" And I said "what is it?" and he said "chicken", well that could have been anything. My point is, it saddens me to see a lack of customer service skills, that young man should have known what the order was and if it belonged to me before he left the building.
