If I didn't have to put a star here I would not Triad Health is the worst place ever they dont listen to you (the patient) they don't give you the right medication or amount you are supposed to be on I moved to Kentucky thinking finally a better medical facility would finally be in my area hah what a joke! So far Triad has got to be the WORST health care I have ever dealt with, they took ownership of Healthpoint in Owenton at the last minute, did not alert any of healthpoints clients, drove an hour to get my prescription to find out they got rid of all of them and shipped them another 40 miles away, drove to get that. Now, it is 10:41am on a Friday and I am trying to call and getting a general message saying they are closed and that there business hours are Mon-Fri 8-5, why is running a proper business so difficult these days...

I had to see the male doctor/NP, Michael instead of my daughter’s normal doctor/NP, Jessica. And he just rode the visit off like in out literally in under 4 to 5 minutes. Didn’t listen or care what was wrong with her didn’t listen to anything I said. Told me her ear wasn’t infected which it most certainly is. I was so angry when I left there.
