Very disappointed with both experiences at MMM. My first visit, the turnaround time for an item that I brought in to be monogrammed was greater than a week. Had I known that at drop off, I wouldn’t have left my item. Thought I’d give it another try, The item I brought in to be monogrammed the second time was not done correctly but the turnaround time was quicker (2 days). While there to pick up the item I was told that there were other options to make the monogram look better, however that was never communicated with me. I was never contacted to discuss other options. Not sure if the lady I spoke with was the owner but she was rude about the situation and never showed any sympathy whatsoever. And never tried to accommodate me in any way. Guess that’s why they have a pay before service policy. Nice store with lots of overpriced merchandise..that I will not be...

I cannot say enough good things about Monograms Markings and More and their staff! I purchased a beautiful necklace and realized after I'd picked it up that I'd gotten the monogram wrong. When I called, the staff was so understanding and didn't hesitate to tell me to come back in and that they would fix it... free of charge! It was completely my fault for telling them the wrong initials and they were still willing to fix the necklace. Not only did they fix it on a Saturday, but it was the day before Mother's Day! To top it all off, they allowed me to come pick it up after closing at 3 since they knew it was a gift. So sweet! I ordered a lilly bag from their website as a birthday present and they mixed up the shipping labels. I left messages and had to call multiple times to get an answer. They said they would let me know when they got ahold of the bag, when it shipped and get me a tracking number but they never called. They seemed to blow it off and I was really disappointed with their customer service. I called a few weeks ago to check on the bag and she offered to send a free gift to make up for it but that never happened.... Overall disappointed with the store and would never...
