I am the Worker that wears a Hoodie, I wanted to say that I don't have an attitude, literally those people see me everyday getting things done. Those people want to complain and try to step on me to get what they want? .. Its busy open till close and that's good"How may I help you?" Is all I asked...I don't look at people in the eyes, that's been my life ever since but its rude to "them"...Tell me is it "Light, Heavy, or normal" amount of vegetables, seasonings, dressing.. dont wait on me, I'm no amatuer ..I'm honestly cool with the same faces.. But making an easy sub isn't it... I dont feel like I'm making good business from that...Go make that at home, I want to make real subs I don't have time to make two vegetables or less... Read moreI arrived at this subway on April 14th at 8:30, 30 minutes before 9pm closing. , I found one staff member (short Afro) with his feet up in the booth, a second staff member behind the counter hoodie and dreads covering his head and face, and greeted by Michael (who I assume was the shift leader) who unlocked the doors to tell me that he closed the store early cause he needed to leave. I’m unsure if it was an emergency, and know everyone has them, but the scene looked questionable. There were no signs posted as notice and the hoodie-guy threw up the sign ‘like DMX’ to let me know I wouldn’t be served. I wish as a whole people could do better with customer service, and professional etiquette in a business environment, regardless of the business. Read moreI just came from subway at this location. The order was 2 hours and 17 minutes late. I went inside to pick up my order at 5 35 pm and it was 7pm when I got there. I waited snd looked to see if they had an order slot like most. Stood and waited 10’minutes to ask if they pre made my subs he said no. The guys there were rude didn’t say welcome in. After another 17 minutes I got upset cause the one guy said he was making my order and 20 minutes later when I asked where it was he was confused like it didn’t ask. I got upset and spoke out and told the guys this is 2 hours and 17 minutes later I have a woman I’m caring for I’m in healthcare and she’s bed bound. They both didn’t say anything.
