Stopped by for a day pass with some friends. The day pass was $10 per person, which is a super reasonable price. Lots of great equipment split into two sides: one side has a lot of good body building/standard gym equipment and the other has a CrossFit style set-up. I spent most of my time on the CrossFit side, which had two hanging bags for boxing/kickboxing, battle ropes, a tire flipping machine, plenty of squat racks, dozens of kettlebells, a deadlift platform, chalk, etc. (everything one would need for a great workout). They also have a belt squat machine, which was super fun! Also saw a cycling studio though I didn't venture into it. Super clean and I loved the color scheme. A nice, friendly bunch of people usually come early in the morning or late, late at night. Staff...

The owner cares and listens to the members, and goes out of his way to get the equipment we request. He ensures the gym is always clean and treats everyone like family.
As a prior gym owner, I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about training and looking for an environment to reach...
