We have visited before and had some great times! However, our last visit was for my nephews 21st bday. We ordered a 64 oz pitcher of the featured mixed drink (a punch of some kind with vodka) and it came in a 32 oz pitcher. We thought it was just a simple error, so when we questioned, we were informed that liquor can only be served in 32oz pitchers at a 64oz price. When asked about the price, the bartender informed us that only beer is served in 64oz pitchers. Liquor is charged for 64oz price but only comes in 32oz pitchers. When trying to change our order to a 32oz pitcher, it came in a 16oz pitcher. We were so confused!!!! How can you advertise and charge for a 64oz pitcher of alcoholic punch and only receive a 32oz. Or advertise a 32oz and receive a 16oz. I needed a drink to just process what the heck was going in!!! Lol! Anyways, the bar menu was very misleading and somewhat deceptive as to how much volume you will be receiving. Please either update or change menu pricing to reflect proper ounces. On a more positive note, we were on lane 1. The lane broke down twice while we were there,l. The staff was very kind and efficient in fixing the issue. I mean it would have been better if it didn’t break at all, but things happen sometimes and we were very understanding. Today we went here and some staff was very sweet and others not so much. But to the manager who was racist towards my husband now that set me off. To say these Mexicans get on my nerves they don't belong here really set everything off. First you decided to delay our playing time which was paid for in advance then secondly you rudely wanted to push about how many kids we had even though you knew in advance, Thirdly when we asked for cups of ice you told us that someone who wasn't even in our group came up and grabbed them then told us we were out of luck because it was extra and made us pay for it, Fourthly wanted to get attitudes over the little ones needing to switch out bowling shoes, and on top of it all the Manager kept giving an attitude and harassing my Hispanic husband who was just talking to me when she butted into the conversation and told him she could have him removed physically. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. You all are pathetic and ridiculous this place needs better management and employees. Very clean place. Nice atmosphere. I’ll give two stars, 1 for being greeted and feeling welcome as we entered and the other for even though the service was bad when ordering food, the food was all cooked individually, made to order and takes 35 mins because they are frozen! That’s fine. Ordered boneless wings too (to have something to eat while I wait, just like I told the cashier/cook) because it only takes 10 mins to make. After 10 mins are up, I go to get my boneless wings and she tells me she still hasn’t cooked them yet because she was going to start cooking them when the bone in ones were almost done. To top it off I ordered loaded fries all at the same time and when ALL my wings were done cooking…my fries still weren’t cooked yet.
