Absolutely Amazing! Tim at Old West Dutch Oven Catering Company helped me all along the way. I wanted my business to have the best event possible, which means providing the best food possible. I believe I had one of the biggest turn outs Hill City has seen for a mixer. I combined my mixer and ribbon cutting celebration. Nearly every person who attended came up to compliment me on the food. They were blown away with the meal and everyone loved the Dutch Oven style cooking. Tim helped me plan and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going as planned. He was very insightful and could not have been more helpful. Even on the day of my event, he showed up early and when he had a slow moment I noticed him helping the staff arrange and get everything else ready. I seriously cannot do his food justice. Try it for yourself, you will be happy you did. I also used their traditional catering as well for my spouses birthday. The crowd absolutely loved it. Tim was again early to make sure everything went flawless. We went with steak tips and it was most definitely a crowd favorite. Thank you for making me look good! Wes is the absolute best! My husband & I wanted our wedding food to be completely opposite of the bbq style that is most common in the area, and he beyond delivered! We were living in another state for 99% of the planning period for our wedding and Wes made sure we were comfortable with the decisions even with having to connect at random times being in different time zones. After one conversation with Wes we knew he was the right choice for our wedding and we completely trusted his talent & he brought our vision to life better than we had expected. We had Wes cater our rehearsal dinner, our wedding party lunch, and our wedding reception he did not disappoint. The entire setup was professionally executed, the meals each had a theme and all the parts complimented each other. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, and many of whom were thrilled to finally attend a catered event where the food never ran out! Wes ensured we had plenty of food for everyone and no one left hungry. It was truly a dream working with Wes and I highly recommend working with him in the future. Absolutely wonderful. Best customer service I have experienced with a business in a long time! My husband and I booked for our wedding in Keystone and were blown away at the professionalism, the extremely sweet staff and the delicious food!! Tim was wonderful to correspond with, and his wife Shiela was super sweet and friendly. The staff arrived 2 hours early to set up and make sure everything was ready so that dinner started right on time!
