Best coffee I’ve ever had in South Dakota! It’s funny how when a good barista works for someone else, it’s good; but when that same barista then goes on to own her own place and run her own show on the other side of the State, it gets even better. I love knowing this spot is right off I-90 in Spearfish, South Dakota before a long stretch of nothing either direction. Anytime I drive from North Carolina to the West Coast and I take the I-90 route, I’m stopping here. I saw the troll negative review and just chuckled. The Old Pine is just about my favorite place to go in Spearfish. Not only is it close to home, but my go-to London Fogs and chi tea's are always made to delicious perfection. To top it all off, the owner Julie, is super adorable and friendly as can be. I highly recommend this rustic little drive-through to anyone looking for a family owned feel and soul soothing cup of "whatever floats...
