I called spoke with Hannah she was extremely helpful about this table I was interested in. Having seen it at the Ashley store, I loved it but not the price so after seeing R&J had it for a better deal I ordered it. It was a counter height kitchen table with four stools, and scheduled for it to be delivered and assembled, which was great especially for the price couldn’t beat it. After noticing an imperfection in the table, I made them aware and they had me a brand new table in less than 3 hours(they had another in stock). Then a stool had a small gash but they brought a replacement. I can’t thank R&J Furniture enough for being so understanding and so helpful! Also shout out to Bryce and company for bringing in the table and making sure it looked perfect before they left. You guys are great...

I went in to R&J knowing exactly what I wanted. I had already gotten pricing on the exact same couch in Hickory. I did walk around to make sure there was nothing I preferred but decided I wanted to get pricing on the couch. I had already picked out previously. I was absolutely shocked when the quote for the exact same sectional came in $700 less than what I was quoted at another store. The sales people are helpful but not pushy. Logan assisted me and was very straightforward and even gave me swatches of the fabric to take home with me. I’m very thankful that I had heard about this place from someone else because it saved me a significant amount of money. If you know exactly what you’re looking for. Definitely get a quote from this place...

This place is a gem! Worth the drive from the Charlotte area. We used to go to other discount furniture stores up in Lexington, but when buying a new Craftmaster sectional, these guys came in $700 less than our other typical store.

They were super patient and not pushy when I was selecting fabrics and options for the sectional. When I called to place the order later, they were very professional on the phone and had remembered my visit. We opted to pay the very minimal delivery fee and they were right on time and super kind guys that delivered the sectional (Wesley and Keenan). They set it up exactly as I asked and even did adjustments.
