Hello. I'm a customer of I believe 6 years, purchasing most of my furniture in my home from your hayden location. Today I listed a couch set on marketplace to trade for a sectional. I stated in my listing the price I purchased the set for which at the time was over 3k. Your employee personally reached out to me on social media, slandering and accused me of lying about what I paid for this set. Completely false first as well as unprofessional and should not be representing a company and personally attacking customers on social media. I have screenshots of these messages as well. My mother in law lives in another state and wanted to buy us a house warming present turned out to be a new couch! Walker's furniture was the only furniture store in Spokane that would allow her to purchase over the phone without issues and the annoying runaround. We are very appreciative of them for being so courteous and helpful. The staff was super friendly and they were quick to get the couch out of the warehouse and loaded into my truck!
