I got to this store daily and spend alot of money and have never had problems with bad attitudes from employees until recently. I have a disabled elderly relative that I help out and while doing my daily trip I tried getting cash back , which I do every week here with no issues, but this time an employee who was being very rude told me that I couldn't do two orders of cash back. My relative who can't barely walk was in the car and they also wanted cashback and they told me I had to bring them in the store if they wanted cashback because they can only let a person have cashback once a day due to store policy.... I figured they were knew and proceeded to politely inform them that I get cash back here for both of us every week and am a regular who spends alot in my opinion on grocerys daily and weekly and explained again I was doing a favor for my disabled relative and the lady was beyond rude and refused to help me forcing me to go to another register to explain the situation and ultimately get it taken care of. Obviously this isn't a huge policy that is strictly enforced because I truly do it weekly. Obviously they just felt treating me like crap not knowing what I'm going through. Helping help a diabled elderly out weighs a store policy that is rarely ever enforced and that should not be the way humans treat each other. Just be a reasonable...
Read moreI did not think this Yoke's had the excellent sandwich/burger lunch options offered at other stores in the area. Random stop a week ago showed that they, too, had started doing that. Cool, because they're a lot closer to the abode than the ones downtown. The sandwiches here were as good as our other experience on Montgomery, so no issues there. Some things to mention... After 25 mins, I stood up to check things out, and the gal who took my order said in a flustered manner, 'Okay, there you are!' She probably took a few laps around the store with our food. Regardless, for a $6.49 Saturday special with an included side of jojos, I'll take the very minor inconveniences. I'm...
