Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center — Local services in Spring City

Linda Floyd Posting publicly · Used across Google services I have been a patient at Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center for 2 months now and am anticipating to be here for several more months due to the nature of the care and Rehabilitation I need to fully recover from my medical issues. I would fully recommend to anyone who needs an excellent place to be cared for an to recover to come to Spring City Care and Rehab. I have received nothing but absolute professional care from the Doctors, the Nursing Staff, the Physical and Occupational Therapists and the CNA's. Not only that, they actually have and show a true capacity to care! I have been Hospitalized for the last 6 months and been in several other facilities and NONE of them compare to the compassion and care given me here at Spring City Care and Rehab! What's wonderful is the professionalism matches that level of personal care and I have not found that anywhere else!! Spring City Care and Rehabilitation is truly unique that even the Management is personable and check in on you, and all of the staff is friendly, they make it a very pleasant place to stay while you recover and get the care, treatment and therapy that you need. So disappointed in this Signature building... I would suggest in the time of COVID 19 if your family member needs short term rehab go some where else. You can’t get proper PT/OT if you aren’t allowed to go to a gym 5 days a week. Doing rehab 4 days out of your 5 in your room is not conducive to getting better and stronger I’m sorry. The reason for it was even more upsetting. Actually telling us that most of the therapy would be done in the room due to Vendors coming in and out without masks next to the gym was just disheartening... But yet we aren’t allowed to visit our family members... But Vendors and I am guessing staff are allowed to come in without masks on.... Although the staff was super sweet. We were so extremely...

This place is an amazing place to put a family member! My grandma came for rehab for about 2 weeks. The staff has kept me in contact every step of the way. The rehab department has went out of their way to help my grandma reach her full potential so that she could function at home with very minimal help. She complements the food and nursing staff. Social service director assisted her and made sure that she would have everything that she needed for home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing care for their loved ones.
