I had my riding lawn mower serviced at this location two years ago and again this month. I purchased the mower brand new, and T & M was the first to service it after my purchase.

I requested new blades along with routine maintenance, but when the mower was returned, they told me they had performed the routine service and, to save me money, had sharpened the existing blades instead of replacing them. However, I struggled to cut my grass properly all last year, often having to go over it twice. Now I understand why.

As shown in the picture, they did not sharpen or even reinstall the original blades. Instead, they put on shorter blades that didn’t match the correct bolt pattern. The bolts barely held the blades in place, meaning they could have come loose while mowing—potentially causing serious damage or even injury.

Additionally, they installed the wrong fuel filter, which likely caused the performance issues I experienced. They also used an incorrect air filter—it was longer than the factory part and had been bent to fit improperly.

I hope this was the mistake of an inexperienced or careless worker who is no longer there. However, if it was done by a current employee, I strongly urge others to be cautious. Always ask to see the work that was performed to ensure your equipment is serviced correctly. Safety should never be...

I Came Here With My Brother Because He Was Needing A Chain For His Chainsaw And It Was A Size That You Don't See Any Of And If I Remember Correctly, He Was Also Told That You Couldn't Find/Get It In The Size He Was Needing And He Called Everywhere Looking For It And Wasn't Having Any Luck Until He Contacted T & M And They Told Him That They Can Help Him And When We Got There, I Do Believe That They Actually Made Him A Chain The Size He Was Needing And He Was In And Out Within A Very Descent Time Frame And He Even Wrote A Review On T & M While He Was Inside. Great Place, Good Location, Great People And Fast, Friendly Service And You Can Depend On The Quality Of The Work And I Will Definitely Come Back Here Again And Recommend Them Highly To Anyone And Everyone And Give Them Five Stars...

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Took mower in for bearings in deck and oil change was told 2 weeks called after 2 weeks still hadn't started on it , wait another week still not started, waited a 4th week and called back and they said ya we got it started (it was running when i dropped it off) i told the guy it was in for the bearings to be checked and pull change he then informed me that they had lost my ticket so they didn't know what it was in for, finally get it back after 5 weeks and somehow they managed to break the plate where the throttle and blade switch is and didn't change the oil.
