Subway — Restaurant in Spring City

I have never left a bad review at any food place I’ve ever been to. I start to order my food at the Subway in Spring city and the first girl was being very patient with me because I was trying to get my order together. There was no one behind me at the time and I had to order 4 sandwiches for my children so I was reading it off my phone what they had sent me. She got to my sandwich and the another woman came from the back and she just acted automatically irritated. Slung the meat off my sandwich that the other girl had put on there then put it on her way. She already had a terrible attitude. I got my sandwiches and went to ring them up. I forgot another sandwich so I got back in line . I had my son on the phone telling me exactly what he wanted. I had a stroke last year so I can’t remember things very well and we hadn’t planned on getting subway so he said it’s ok mom I’ll stay on the phone with you. I immediately told this woman whose name I got was , Amber Smith, which sandwich and how he wanted it done. Then I get to the end and tell the other lady what I wanted on it then immediately hung up w my child. She tells the other girl right in front of me how annoying I was and me being on my phone was ridiculous. She was so hateful!! I told her I had no idea I couldn’t get an order from my phone to tell her how to make it. Im walking off and she’s talking to the customers behind me about dealing w me for forever! I bought a lot of sandwiches. I wasn’t talking on the phone to a friend and being rude while she was making our food! I was literally getting my children’s orders! We use to always come after football to get food and ice cream there with everyone on the team but I can promise you I’ll tell everyone about how hateful that woman was!!I asked this woman’s name and she started screaming it across the store at me! I have been to this subway several times and every time it is some of the worst service I've experienced. The workers always seem like they would rather be anywhere else and have attitude. I have a feeling it's not a great place to work as there is almost always a new set of people working whenever I've been. I have ordered the same thing at every subway I go to for multiple years and have never had an issue subbing something out to make the sandwich the way I like it. This past time I was told that it wasn't possible and I would have to order something else. The sandwich was made sloppy and the bread was hard amd stale. Usually I'm satisfied with the subs we get here, but there have been 2 or 3 times that we've given them a piece of paper with exactly what we wanted so there would be no miscommunication with what we ordered. So how is it that something that is written downgets screwed up. It's already the onions that get left off or my sandwiches doesn't get toasted.
