Country Sampler — Local services in Spring Green

This should be called Covid Sampler. I was passing through town and stopped in. I was stopped in my tracks by the fact that none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked if they wore masks thinking that perhaps they had taken them off between customers. One of the clerks replied, "No, I don't wear masks. And you don't have to either." It took me a moment too realize I had heard correctly. I immediately walked out. And I won't be returning even after Covid is a thing of the past. Anyone who cares so little for their customers doesn't deserve...

Adequate shop. They were not busy at all the day of our visit nor was the staff helpful. We had not been here since pre-pandemic but nothing has changed....still one of the most unfriendly shops we visit on the shop hop. Apparently they cater to only their regulars? We requested assistance in locating a specific cloth and the employee simply nodded in the direction of a shelf. Again, they were mot busy so one would think she might have engaged a bit. We had to track a clerk down to check out....next year we will definitely skip this...

If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would… I love that the newsletter and website are beautiful eye candy…and the beautiful presentation wrapping when I opened my package made me feel like it was like Christmas Morning and my birthday all rolled into one. The only things that are holding them back for me is not accepting PayPal, although it is a secure site. And the other is not being able to track your package. I know minor details, but details nonetheless. I would love to visit this shop in person one day… cross stitch and quilting…. You...
