OK !! Let me start out this review by letting you all know that at one time I was a very avid rider. Then by brother passed away suddenly in 2011 and I lost my drive to ride because he was very active as well. Now fast forward to 2025, I decided it was time to get back in the saddle and start to do what I once loved, but not wanting to spent 6 or 7k on a bike I decided to start used. I purchased a used Diamondback DBR that needed some work in fact more than anticipated!! So after searching for a Diamondback Dealer Marc popped up. WOW !!! What a awesome individual and so honest, when I first took my bike to him (Christine) he said it would run about $113 dollars, but after a few day's he called me with the bad news, Christine needed a lot of work $320 to make her well again. So if you get the drift of her name I said OK she needs a new life as well as me fix her up. I love this shop and Marc. Being short is a challenge when it comes to a great fitting bike but Marc gets it right. I am happy. I traded in my gently used bike and got a new one, one that fits me better. Marc helped take my aftermarket pedals, speedo, etc. off and get me all set on my new bike. He did a fix to my husband's bike while we waited, we live a distance away and he was gracious enough to fix it immediately. When he was done we went straight to the Withlacoochee trail so I could get in a good ride with the new bike. My husband's bike, it worked flawlessly. We travel about 40 minutes to come to this shop because it’s the best around. The pricing is great as well. We will not go anywhere else. Thank you very much, Marc, for my new Cannondale, for swapping the parts, and for the repair to my husband’s Cannondale. Normally I would never give a rating like this. But being that this is only one of 2 stores in Hernando county it gets 1. The person I spoke with was polite but never heard of what I was asking and had zero interest in seeing if he could even help me. I told him the name of the product. Which is called tannus armor tire inserts. That protect you from flats. I was having a hard time getting them in myself. So I guess either he has so much business he can afford to turn down a potential new customer who would have came back regularly and spent money there.
