Shoppes at Avalon — Local services in Spring Hill

The shops have a great variety of services, food, and retail. I especially enjoy the state-of-the-art technology from Cryo-eeze Spring Hill that helps with my pain and inflammation. Also has a lot of other modalities like a hyperbaric chamber, salt therapy, and ozone therapy.

As far as food you've got Chinese, Japanese, and pizza along with Publix. You can also give blood here and there is a liquor store and tobacco store. There's even a salon to get...

This isn't a "shopping mall" it's a giant blacktop parking lot and a strip mall. Quit trying to french it up.... All that's been done is bulldozing all the useful trees for a giant heat sink. And shouldn't be listed as a separate entity from the actual stores... It's a fancy way for corporations to buy property and lease it to other storeS in a McDonald's style double dip. Yay...

This shopping center has a large Publix. They have an excellent meat department where you can order specialty meats if you give them enough time to get it. The fresh produce department & bakery are also top notch. There is a fancy nail shop in the shopping center as well as a blood donor place. I would give this center 5 stars if they had...
