Straight Line Design — Local services in Spring Lake Township

We wanted to do a refresh in our home with new countertops kitchen & powder room & new flooring. We meet with Philip Steward our account manager at Straight Line Design Spring Lake MI, to discuss our project. Philip made it very easy and suggested that we do the countertops before the flooring. Philip was our main contact throughout this project.

We currently have Cambria countertops, but were open to other brands. After taking some samples home and looking at various designs and manufactures we decided again to go with Cambria. They have a great reputation and the design we liked. Also Cambria has their own installation crew that did a great job. Philip guided us through the whole process, he was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. He made this a very stress free process. From the time we made the decision on the countertops to the installation was less than 30 days.

Straight Line has a lot of options from manufactures to floor samples to choose from. Again we took flooring samples home to see how the flooring would go with our current furniture, wall color, etc. We made a decision on the flooring and went with COREtec Luxury Vinyl Plank. Brad from Straight Line is their flooring expert. He came out and did all the measurements and explained what would take place. What was really great they were able to place the new flooring over the existing flooring, which really saved in extra labor costs and really kept the dust and the mess of tearing our existing flooring. We are very happy with the COREtec product, it is a cork backing, waterproof, scratch hesitant we couldn't be happier with the decision. After the materials were ordered Zach was installing the flooring within 2 weeks. I can't say enough about Zach, he has great experience, was very conscientious, and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it that way. We had our whole main level done, and replaced the carpet in the master bedroom and office with the new COREtec floors.
