A Butchery Shoppe — Local services in Spring Valley

I sat on sharing this review for days. I’ve honestly had nothing but unfortunate experiences here in the last year. Previously it was just strange impolite service from the younger employees but I went in recently as I needed a piece of meat quick to grill for dinner. I asked about a piece of smoked meat in the case “what’s the best way to cook this? Grill?” Guy behind the meat counter says “yeah” and walks away. Not exactly attentive service but I figured good enough for me until I got home to google it quick and the only recipes call for braising it 3 hours. What an amazing Butchery! The choice of meat and side items is impressive. We went with the ribeye for dinner, but we'll definitely be back for other dinners.

We also got a snack of their sweet and spicy beef jerky. Probably some of the best jerky I've ever had.

The quality of products here is outstanding! The issue I have is that I tried to order 12 Farmer’s Blend patties on 7/13/22 to pick up in two days. I was told that I would need to give them a minimum of 1-week notice for such an order. I wasn’t trying to order for a group of 100, it was a basic order for a small family gathering.
